A1 Carpet Care

It was pretty good. It was fine. The price is what I expected.

He was well priced and on time. however he told me I had acrylic based carpet and then it just didn't clean well. And because of that I feel like he didn't try to clean it better. I've had other companies clean it before this and after this and in certain spots they will go over two or three times trying to get them really good. He only went over everything once like it didn't matter how many times he went over it, it just wasn't going to look any better. I also vacuumed after the carpets were dry after he left and got a full canister of dirt. I would think after them being cleaned and him sucking all the stuff out that I shouldn't get that much dirt out of the carpets which makes me think he really didn't do a very good job.

A1 Carpet Care is very quick. They came in and did their job and left and everything looks great.

Less than an hour with excellent job

He and his son do it and they are excellent. They did a wonderful job and my old carpet looks new again. They fluffed it up and everything. I will use them again in the spring.

Was nice and did a good job

Was very agreeable to cleaning half the building one day and coming back the next week to complete the job. I don't doubt the carpet is clean but the carpet fiber was stiff after it dried (never had that happen before) and while all obvious stains were removed the color wasn't quite even. Courteous nice guy who wasn't scary . Prompt response to my call to get an estimate.

Overall, the experience was excellent. Randy, the owner of the company, arrived on time and got right to work. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He cleaned an old pet stain that I've tried several times to get out. I received a few estimates and the price was very reasonable. I am very happy with his services and I would recommend him to others.
