They do a real good, quick job and will call you back the same day. I will be calling them to come out in a couple weeks to have my air conditioner serviced before I turn it on for the summer. They have very prompt service. Other places I have called, I have had to leave a message and it takes over 3 days to hear back from them and you don't even know if they received your message.

Couldn't get the heat to work, called Amy Standridge, and one of the guys showed up within about 30 minutes. Since it turned out to be just a loose wire, they didn't even charge me for the visit.
