These guys were terrific. They are probably the best rug cleaners I've ever used - anywhere. I live in Florida now and recently had my rugs cleaned at a very reputable place down here, but they did not do nearly as good a job as Wizard.

I had a really soiled 30 year old 3x5 wool Oriental rug. It had survived 3 kids and pets. Needless to say Kool Aid was among the stains on this rug. I took it in really not expecting much in the line of stain removal - just to at least make the carpet clean. Was I ever surprised when I got it home and unrolled it in my house. It was indeed clean which made it so much bighter, but an amazing amount of the stains were removed. Not all the red dy drink stains came out, but they were so light they blended right in with the multitude of colors in the rug. It was like they had disappeared. This cleaning did not return this carpet to and quot;like newand quot; condition. But honestly, nothing could have. I am so very pleased with this company, and am sorry to say I am remiss in not posting this review in a much more timely manner.

It's about customer service and overall it was  a good job done very quickly with professionalism by the technicians.  I felt comfortable leaving my home and secure.
