+ -1 more2013, the company blocked our phone! Even our neighbors laugh with us at this poor example of a 500.00 tree and the service we did not get!
Description of Work: We purchased 4 trees in Feb., 2012. the most expensive one (495.00 plus tax and planting) was crooked - did not leaf out well. After attempts by company to straighten it over a 20 month period, we were asked by owner Robert Black to keep it through the summer and then he would replace it in Oct. of 2013. He promised twice to send us a letter verifying this. He never did, and when we called in Oct.21
