My dog has a skin condition. I have been to several vets, while the vet at West Oaks laid out a plan to deal with his issue when it was suggested we put him on a prescription to help with his issue. I agreed was given a price for the meds which seemed high, so I went to a online pet med company found it cheaper, when I called the vet to get the prescription sent to the company they then told me I had to pas $12, just to get them to do that. I paid for it but the office refuses to call ped med company. I then had to call the company and they called to finish and get the prescription completed. When I told the company I was being charged a fee for the prescription they said they were surprised. We have spent a lot of money to keep my dog healthy there and think the $12. charge is an insult.
I have also taken my dogs there for grooming and was not happy with the result.
