We were one of the many families deviated by the tornado in Rogers, and the team were able to go from getting me a quote to removing a massive oak tree from the top of my home is less than 12 hours. In the middle of devastated town, they prioritized which calls were the most dangerous, and which calls had the highest chance of continued damage, and eased so much weight off of our shoulders.

It went great. We had six standing dead trees, and one tree downed across a driveway. All the trees had died from a series of unfortunate events affecting oak trees. The one downed tree needed to be cut into pieces and cleared from the drive, and the six standing deads were simply cut and left in the woods, as we requested. It would have cost significantly more for them to cut those trees up and haul them out. Honestly, the deer don't mind, so we were happy leaving them in the woods. Anyway, the guys were thorough, explaining to us which way the trees would fall, what other trees would be affected, and that we should really drop a bit of fence. We did that, and, for the most part, the trees fell exactly where they said they would. I may not have explained all of this very well. But the upshot is that Jeremy and his crew love the trees, know the trees, and respect the forest the same way I do. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. Also, Jeremy has been recently certified for some kind of high rescue thing (I forget). His vanity plate reads LORAX. What's not to like?

Tree Climbers are the best arborists and tree maintenance service team we’ve ever used in Northwest Arkansas! And we’ve used several. Owner and operator Jeremy Williams has been awarded two (2) International Society of Arboriculture certifications and is a Certified Treecare Safety Professional. His work demonstrates he knows and loves NWA trees. Jeremy and his team are busy men. But never too busy to thoughtfully listen to their customers and offer up expertise. Even though Jeremy’s accreditations are rooted in the science of trees, he was able to effectively communicate his recommendations in a way that made it easy for me to dial in on his thinking. I appreciated that! His proposal was complete, they arrived to do the work when they said they would, and the cost was as forecasted. I appreciated that, too! The best part for me was that after Jeremy completed the work on our property, which involved cutting out 15 years of tree growth from more than a dozen mature trees of varying species, the trees looked perfect and the yard, etc. looked untouched. A passerby would be hard pressed to notice the magnitude of pruning and shaping work that had been done. That’s a real testimony to Jeremy and his team’s skills. Tree climbers is my go to tree crew moving forward. I wish I’d found them years earlier and highly recommend them to you!

Response from Tree Climbers LLC
"First of all I wish any issues were brought up in a timely manner. We performed work for you on May 2,2014. This review is dated March 17,2016 almost two years after the fact. In response to punctuality when the job was quoted on April 14,2014 it was clearly stated on the written estimate we were 2 weeks +/- out. We were hindered on scheduling by your request of work could only be scheduled on a Friday as well as bad weather. We completed the work 2 weeks and 4 days after the estimate. Due to wet conditions we did not use out bucket truck to be certain we did not put any ruts in your yard. All work was done to the specifications on the written work order by An ISA Certified Arborist And ISA certified climber specialist. These trees had been severely topped in the past and the damage from that improper work is irreparable. Our work was to aid in the trees recovery and reduce risk of failure as much as possible without further damaging the trees following ANSI A300 Tree care standards. It was explained that with the trees condition they will need further care to try to rehabilitate their health. We also gave you the 5% Angieslist discount even in absence of the coupon. It was our understanding that you were happy when we left. No phone calls or emails have been made to us to indicate any issues."

Everything went fine, except there was a 'mystery cable' that was cut during stump grinding that had not been revealed during the utility locate. Jeremy very promptly got the cable company out to rectify the situation, and kept me apprised by phone of everything that was going on. He checked back two days later to make sure that everything was fine with the cable.

Jeremy was punctual with both the time he came out to give me a bid and when he and his crew came out to cut the trees.  They were careful but efficient.  They did an excellent job at a lower price than I had been quoted by others and Jeremy was very professional but friendly and pleasant at all times.  I would recommend Tree Climbers and will use them in the future.

Good guys who like their work.
They brought a large bucket truck to get about 30 feet up the oak. The very large truck was a tight fit in my very narrow driveway, yet they managed to miss every single hosta in the bed by the drive. A pet dogwood overhangs the driveway, and they pulled back its branches to not break any on the way in. One guy got up in the bucket, and cut the offending oak branch from the end, four feet at a time, and lowered each carefully via a block and tackle tied to another branch. Had I paid them to do so, they would have hauled off the pieces, but as we burn wood, we asked them to leave the mess. They made a tidy pile of the branch (a foot thick in some places) next to the drive, even taking time to pull bits out of what passes for our lawn.
I chose these folks mostly because they live close to us, and know the woods and weather patterns here. They would know, therefore, how a bad oak might fall in a storm. I asked for a quick diagnosis of a couple of other trees killed recently by borers. Of those trees, they said that one would fall clear of the house and that the other probably wouldn't fall at all. I tell you this because they could have soaked us for two more trees, but they didn't.
I did not grade price because I have no idea what this kind of work costs. I just went with these guys and paid the $730. It doesn't seem high to me. There were, after all, three guys and a bucket truck.
Very happy with their work. As they left, Jeremy said, "Hope we don't see you real soon." He meant that in the kindest possible way, wishing us healthy trees for the foreseeable future.

Jeremy came out promptly at the time he said he would to look at the trees and give me an estimate.  He was knowledgeable and professional.  He answered all of my questions and gave me my options, and I ultimately decided to go ahead with the tree removal.  I was called 2 days later prior to them arriving to take the trees down.  While I was not at home at the time, my neighbor observed their work and called me as the process was taking place.  She told me that they were very professional and took extra care with the tree in the back that was closer to the house.  And they cleaned up all remnants of the trees.  My neighbor's comment to me was "this is not their first rodeo".  Several days later they came back and ground the stumps.  I have been very pleased with this company's work and would certainly use them in the future.

They were very professional, and they had done my neighbors yard the week before. They hauled away everything. I had hired them originally because I wanted a professional arborist, and he was very good at giving me advise, very friendly, and they were here in a reasonable time. They got the tree done very timely. I did not compare prices because I wanted the arborist. He was very professional, and very knowledgeable. I was very happy to have them.

This is the second time I have used Jeremy and Tree Climbers. Again they were very professional. The team came in and took care of taking down the very large tree near my house. Afterwards they cleaned up and it was hard to tell they were even there. I recommend tree Climbers to anyone needing tree trimming or removal.

The owner is a certified Arborist and looked at some of our other trees we had questions about. He gives you advice and tells you what's wrong with your trees, instead of just coming out and cutting everything down. Their clean-up was excellent. I wanted some of the wood for firewood and they stacked it up real neat. They're just a very first class outfit.

Jeremy and his team did a terrific job. Jeremy worked with me to find a time we could get together to discuss my needs. He listened to what I wanted and gave me his professional advice. He and his team came, did a great job removing 2 small trees and trimming 3 others, removed all the cuttings, and all for a great price. I recommend Tree Climbers and will use them again.

Jeremy came right out and gave me an estimate right away.  He explained to me what they would do and what was needed.  His estimate was very fair and more reasonable for the size of the job than others I had tried.  He told me they would get it as quick as possible but they were running behind a few weeks.  Came out 2 weeks later and did a great job of pruning, clean-up, and haul-off.  I am very satisfied with Jeremy's professionalism and knowledge and with the quality of his work and would recommend him to anyone needing advice or work on your trees.

it went well. It was a little strange at first to see the trees so thin but it was necessary. The have new growth and the plants underneath them are looking healthier. I will have them back next spring to treat the trees before they blossom. Hopefully we can keep this blight under control and our trees healthy.

They came within the time period promised. They removed the two trees quickly and safely, They ran the limbs through a chipper and removed all the debris. They completed the job more quickly than they had expected, and charged me a little bit less than I had agreed to pay. I could not have been more pleased with their work, and any time I need tree service, I will most certainly call them again.

I received two quotes for removal of a very large pine tree and grind the stump and trim another tree. The tree was between two driveways, so care had to be taken taking it down. Both quotes were the same, but I felt more comfortable with Tree Climbers. All communication was timely and work was done when they said it would be done. All around good experience from start to finish. They will be the first company I call for the next job.

Jeremy was quick to come out for our estimate.  He took his time in evaluating all the trees in our yard. Explained everything that needed to be done and why. We discussed that it maybe a bit before he could do the job. I was very happy that he was able to get to us much faster than previously thought.
The job was done quickly and they cleaned up afterwards. They did  great job.  I highly recommend them if you need a very professional and knowledgeable tree trimming service. I will be calling on them again.

Jeremy came out and gave us an estimate and we setup the service.  On the scheduled day, he gave us a call to let us know when he would arrive.  They came on time and reviewed what was to be done and then performed the work.  They moved the patio things out of harms way and put things back the way they were.  Cleaned up what was removed.   Very professional crew.

I wanted to save this tree and was told by other tree service that it was not worth saving. Of course, it would have been easier to cut the tree down, but that was not what I wanted. I called Tree Climbers because he was an Arborist and his Ad stated that he loved trees. He told me in advance that the tree had a 50/50 chance of survival. Okay with me!
Response from Tree Climbers LLC
"Thank you! Your attitude toward your tree was a breath of fresh air. Give them the best chance we can give them and let them live as nature intended!"
