The pricing for the basic parts and service I had done at Fayetteville Toyota on my Lexus should have been comparable to Lexus of Tulsa, per Lexus of Tulsa service and parts department, when I called and checked prior to having the parts ordered and service done. Based on that information, I decided to stay local, and order the parts and use the service department of Toyota at Fayetteville Auto Park. I should have specifically asked for exact pricing. I was shocked that the difference in pricing was so extreme. After contacting our service representative in the service department at Toyota, we did not receive a follow up phone call from him until 3 days later. When he did call, he failed to check pricing at Tulsa Lexus as he had promised. In other words, he did not do what he had said he would do.
I would be very hesitant to use this parts and service department in the future based on this experience.

I have taken my Toyota Prius IV to the dealer for service since arriving in Fayetteville last year, so it's been a couple of recalls and a few oil changes. They consistently do a solid job, but more importantly have never tried to suggest unnecessary repairs, never tried to pressure me into any sale, have honored my coupons even when not exactly the same service. Plus, they have solid wi-fi in the waiting area (with free coffee/tea), so I've been able to get work done. My only complaint is sometimes they take longer to do the service than they initially estimate, but that's to be expected anywhere. Yes, it helps to have a Toyota, but these guys haven't even tried to get me to replace the brakes unnecessarily...

I normally take my car to be serviced at the Toyota of Fayetteville. They are fast, courteous, and professional. This time they though they found a problem with my bumper and were hesitant to wash my car after the service to avoid damaging the bumper further. This would not be a problem except they did not vacuum the inside either. If I expected my car to be washed and vacuumed, as I pay for that service in the price of the oil change and check up.

I had considerable trouble setting an appointment. I had called my previous service writer twice and he didn't return either call. Finally I called the main number and connected with Matt Graham. He gave me excellent service. Since my Prius is under warranty, I get all my service done at Toyota of Fayetteville, and I will use Matt in the future.
I also used their body shop within the last year (2013) and was very pleased with their work. You couldn't tell in any way that I had been in a wreck. The damage was fairly minor but their work was perfect.

As usual, Toyota of Fayetteville was very organized and completed the work in the time promised. Their current system of scheduling (including online appointments) makes it easy for a busy car owner to take care of routine maintenance. Staff are friendly and provide detailed information.

It was under warranty, so it was pretty much covered. They let me know what they were going to do before they did it and asked permission. They kept me informed. They were thorough and quick. They washed the car and vacuumed afterwards.

appointment to bring the van in for repairs. I had to wait quite a
while for someone to answer the phone, but when they did they were most
accommodating. I needed a loner as to take a few hours, and I was
provided with a late model Sienna much like mine. The repairs were made
and the van was ready sooner than promised. When I picked the van up,
it had been washed and cleaned out on the inside. Except for the price,
which also included a 30,000 mile check-up, I thought the whole thing
went very well. As I have not needed very much service on my last two
cars, other than oil and filter changes, I really didn't have much feel
for what a reasonable price should have been. I just thought this was a
bit high.

We have been more than impressed. They have a gentleman working there. We are particularly fond of this guy, and he does a really nice job. If we ever need to buy a new car, this is where we will go. It will be about 2 hours from there, but that's probably who we will drive into town when we need to service.
