 + -1 moreNo detail to give. My husband called them to have them come out and give us an estimate. I took off work early to meet them at our appt time and they never came. No we didn't call them back to find out what happened. Shouldn't have to. We immediately called CarpetOne and they were out to give us our estimate the next day.
Description of Work: They were scheduled to come out to our house and never came never called my husband back.

Description of Work: The experience with Tom January Floors was outstanding from first visit through selection to flooring installation. They explained the process and sent a team of quick installers who finished the job in 2 days. Great service!
