I work in the Dickson building. From time to time I find that a client has parked in my spot and I must park in another. Yesterday I was booted by the Deck Management . I called he number to have the boot removed. The call was answered by Green Cab Company - another business in the building and was told someone would be up right away. Thirty minutes later a guy in a SUV (not very green) shows up and says that despite my having a permit to park in the deck, he was charging me 40 dollars to remove the boot as I was not parked in my designated spot.
I do not recommend that anyone park in this parking deck. This has been an on going problem with many of my co-workers as well. So if you have a business and you are thinking of locating it in the building be aware that despite any agreement with the building management - your employees will have their vehicle booted.
