Florists
My experience was HORRIBLE to say the least. I called my order in around
11am and they told me they would deliver the flowers by 1pm. The
delivery location was directly across the street from them. I had to
call them back because at 3:30pm my mom still had no flowers. When they
finally arrived, she sent me a picture of them and I was furious. They
looked NOTHING like what I ordered and were in a much smaller vase as
well. I was very upset and called them to let them know but stayed
extremely polite on the phone. Not once did the lady apologize for
anything, offer me a new bouquet or my money back. Not a single thing. I
had her give me their email address so I could write them and send them
pictures of what I ordered and what I instead received. I never got a
reply like they promised and I never got a call like they promised. This
company has NO customer service skills what so ever and they simply
just do NOT care at all. I wouldn't be sad if they ended up going out of
business to be honest!
