SEEBURG MUFFLER & BRAKE

I set up an appt. with Seeburg Muffler and Brake to diagnose a brake issue. When I arrived they immediately began working with me on figuring out what the issue was. The mechanic that was with me was professional and genuinely wanted to help me. Once the issue was diagnosed, I set up a follow up appt. to have the work performed. Dropped my truck off in the morning and they had it done earlier than expected the same day. Normally, a master cylinder job would cost about $50 more but they allowed me to decline in-house parts and I ended up buying my own part (master cylinder) much cheaper at AutoZone which Seeburg then used in the repair. Parts in general are marked up at mechanic shops making them 30-50% more expensive but labor rates are fairly constant among mechanic shops and Seeburg's rates are very competitive. Overall, Seeburg did a great job on the work performed and worked with to help me save some money as well.

Work was completed in a timely manner at the agreed upon price.

It went very well. I took it into the shop, had an evaluation and then did price-matching around town. Seeburg offered a lower price as well as a student discount. They were extremely kind and a local type shop. I had the car put into the shop and they repaired everything in a very timely manner. They had to replace the pads as well as the axle on the wheel. They were prompt and called me as soon as the service was completed. I would highly recommend them for auto repair and know that I would not be getting ripped off when given an auto repair quote.

It went very. Well, The place does not look very new or up to date. But the service is actually the best I've had since I've been in the Fayetteville area. They were busy but still took the time to explain things to me, the parts that would be needed, the time it would take and etc... My brake problem caused the brake light to stay on and drain the battery. So the guys had to recharge the battery before getting it into the garage. They called me back only 10 minutes after they said they would, which is pretty amazing seeing comparing that to a Doctor's visit or something. For the FIRST time ever, the price was actually lower than estimated. They said it didn't take them as long as planned so they took time off for labor. They even explained the receipt to me and told me some things I might need to look at because of possible problems.. my care is old so it had some other problems. To conclude: I've been to about 5 different automotive services providers in the area, and this one is the best.

They are really trustworthy with my vehicles that I have taken there over the years. I initially started using them because I had taken my car to another place that told me my whole muffler system needed to be replaced for $ 400 but these guys completed it for $ 20 and fixed it permanently. They have always been really good and when I had something that was making my timing belt on a different vehicle they just ground down that part and charged me an extra five dollars rather than replacing the whole piece for another two hundred. If anybody beats their price then they will take ten percent of their estimate.

Very pleasant. Craig is very nice and helpful. However, they tend to get very busy, so sometimes the wait is long or you have to schedule an appointment ahead of time.

Dropped the truck off at 9am and was told that I would receive a call in a few hours about the report of the vehicle. I drove by at 130 and noticed that my truck was still in the same spot I dropped it off at. So I called and asked how it was going and he said that they still havent gotten it in but it was going to happen soon. I hadn't heard anything and around 430 I showed up and they gave me my final report and told me that my truck was in an overall great condition. There was an oil leak, my lugnuts needed to be replaced, my power steering was overfull and my a/c knob was broken. They said they fixed all problems and I was good to go by 630. I admit the truck ran much better than before and didnt pull to the right but now my power steering is back to what it was and my oil leak is still present. So not only did they NOT fix all my issues but their lack of communication and professionalism is underrated and I wish I would have gone somewhere else.

Called and they were polite and booked me immediately and informed me that it would take about 30 mins. I showed up on time and 30 mins later my car was done. So far everything seemed fine. As I drove away my car wouldnt accelarate, started smoking and cracking and popping. I barely made it back to the shop when a mechanic came and said whats wrong? I told him the situation and he didnt say anything but got in the car and drove to the bay. I went inside and waited for 40 minutes for an explanation. I noticed that the same guy was taking my car out for a test drive and it was still smoking. He was gone about 5 mins and pulled back in front of the store. He came up and said "youre good to go." I said, wait, what was wrong with it? and he replied, "oh, just had some oil clogged on the rings". I asked to get the office manager back inside and he just walked away. About 5 mins later, he showed up and said, "oh, im sorry for what happened." like it was nothing and he hadnt wasted my time and messed up my car. I was infuriated that it was nothing but a simple oil change and ended up being an hour and a half disaster. I asked for my refund and told him I didnt believe what the mechanic had said was wrong with my car. I asked if he would pay for any damages that may have been caused to my car and he said yes. I will never go back to this place and I recommend you find someplace else to take your vehicle.

Great service. Called it in, 3rd party tow truck picked car up within the hour. Received a call a few hours later describing work to be done and when car would be ready. Got a call the next morning saying oil had been checked and was needed. Went in to pick up car at designated time. All was in order. Employees very friendly and knowledgeable.

Amazing and Trustworthy Service! New to the area and female, I was hesitant about taking my vehicle in for repairs. I did some research and found these guys to be "Top Notch!" I found everyone who worked here very friendly and knowledgeable. The service guy found a couple issues with my vehicle and I chose to only fix what I could afford. No pressure tactics here, I felt comfortable enough to voice my opinion and will return for the other repairs at a later date. My repair was affordable, quick, painless, which speaks volumes. I left feeling confident, safe and stress free.
