They had to delay start of work but completed entire job the following day. New unit seems much more comfortable than unit replaced.

They were very good. And they called to let us know when they are coming and that does not happen a lot these days. They literally came the day they said they were gonna come. They knew what was wrong. I've been using them about 12 years ago. It was a very reasonable rate.

Travis made a service call on Saturday, the day after I called. Professional and friendly. Observed him doing all the checks with my son. All checked out well, only service fee charged. Would use again!

Travis was very professional. He was prompt to answer questions and return calls. Installed entire unit in one day without issues or problems. I will recommend Red Star to anyone who needs Heating and Air service. This is the second time I have used Red Star and I am still very pleased!

Trent was dispatched. Showed up promptly. Travis came. Removal day got every set up & ready as possible so we could have cool air ASAP. Whole crew showed up on time Tuesday. Got us up & running.

Compressor on our A/C unit died, so we decided to replace our entire system inside and out. We got 8 different quotes and Red Star came back with the best quote for the best product! Could not be more pleased with the customer service we received either. We asked them tons and tons of questions before we made up our mind and Red Star was very patient with us and always went above and beyond to provide prompt responses. They were just great to work with and I will absolutely never use another HVAC company other than Red Star.

Overall, from start to finish, they showed up when they said they would, did the work, and finished in a timely manner. I like to make sure the system is working correctly, so they come out to check it for me during the changes from summer to fall and winter to spring. So far, the system is keeping us quite comfortable! Nice family that runs this business.

Red Star did a great job and we could not be more pleased with the level of customer service we received from Travis. Prior to deciding to go with Red Star, we had many many questions, over about a months period of time, that we asked Travis, about their company and about the units he recommended for our house. Without fail, Travis was very prompt and thorough in responding to each and every question, time and time again. He also went above and beyond to rush the parts and speed along the install just so that we could have heat in our home before the cold of winter came on. They were fast and efficient with the installation, and everything is still functioning flawlessly. Very pleased with the system and very impressed with the customer service we received from Travis and Red Star.
