This is our 1st rental house. We never would have considered being
landlords without a property manager. Steve has been great! It rented
the first month it was on the market, and we didn?t have the headache of
showing it to potential renters. He did it all for us! The rent is automatically
deposited into our account each month. We don?t have to worry about a thing.
When we did have a water leak, Steve had it fixed for less than we ever imagined.
We didn?t have to answer the frantic phone call, or unlock the house for the plumber.
I highly recommend Property Management Inc. They are the way to go!
