Services we offer

We do all plumbing from a new project to fixing a leaky faucet. We replace sewer, water and gas yard lines. We fix water and gas leaks. Replace and repair water heaters. We replace pressure reducer valves and RPZ valves. Fix or replace faucets and vales. We do anything plumbing and have a very knowledgeable staff as well as Master and journeyman plumbers!

This was not the first time I hired them. The first time I was not happy with their customer service but figured since they fixed the problem I would use them again. Well, this time they did not fix the problem and the customer service was even worse. The entire time they were impolite, in a hurry, unwilling to listen to what I was telling them, bickering among themselves, and just unpleasant. At one point they told me to hurry up and make a decision or they were leaving. So I'm hiring someone else to come and fix the problem I hired them to fix.

Called off Angie's list - told a crew was a few blocks away and could arrive within 30-45 minutes. Surveyed the situation on arrival (HWH) and quickly sourced replacement equipment. Add-on chore of connecting a drain for a recently re-located utility sink and previously unconnected hose bibb was also included. All was back in business within three hours. Great responsiveness and pusuit of solution.

Extremely friendly and professional. Only spent a total of 3 hours from the time I called them, the time they came out, replaced the valves and gave me the bill. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.
