I don't know if this company is still in business, about a month ago I found three phone numbers on different sights online (including Angies List and the Yellow Pages.) I called all three but only one of the numbers worked (sorry I cannot remember which one that was).  The answering machine message I received did not sound like a business line but I left an detailed message anyway.  The next day the drain that had been a problem began to flow without problem again but I never received any word back from Kinghorn Plumbing. Maybe they have a crew of pixies that come and clear the drains. Maybe they were on vacation (in which case it would have been nice to hear from them when they returned.) So now you have all the information I have, I'll leave it to you to decide weather or not to call Kinghorn Plumbing when you need help.

I had a water pipe break in my house which flooded my house. The house was a real mess and Doug worked quickly to repair the problem.

Doug called us while we on the road to the west coast and told us what he was going to do and the cost. Will definitely use him in the future and infact I have already called him to give me a bid for propane installation in the house.

Doug Kinghorn removed my old tank water heater and installed a tankless water heater. He was up front with his pricing and did a great job. This included running new gas lines, tying into existing water lines, replacing all the exhaust ducting through the roof.

We had a lot of things done by them. They were punctual and professional. We love them. We have already used them again.

Doug called to make sure of the appointment time (which I appreciate). He arrived on time, told me how he planned to do the work, then got to it. He was affable, professional, and workmanlike. He cleaned up after the work was done. When I need plumbing work done again, Doug will be the guy I call.

We are new to Northwest Arkansas and haven't had time to find any reputable service people (plumbers, handymen, etc.) We found Kinghorn Plumbing through Angie's List. After placing the call, Mr. Kinghorn was quick to return my call and schedule a service appointment. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and proceeded to fix the problem. He was very thorough, even taking the time to help us "troubleshoot" to avoid any further minor problems. He was very professional and personable, and we felt his price was quite reasonable. We would not hesitate to use Kinghorn Plumbing again, and will recommend to all our friends/family!

After my home was hit by lightning and flooded, everything was ripped out. We discovered some questionable things with our plumbing. Doug came into to do some minor repairs before we had problems with that existing plumbing. Before the flood damage repairs were complete, we found that we had to move a lot of the existing plumbing in order to accommodate the repairs. Doug did everything over from start to finish, new copper lines, drains, faucets, shower and tub installation, all with out incidence. Never a leak. He made sure shut offs were added where there were none before, and down to the littlest detail, all the fixtures, exposed plumbing for toilets, matched the venetian bronze of the faucets. He is very detailed and provides the highest quality work.
