We had just had our first child home a day and a bunch of the outlets in our house suddenly quit working. I called around and no one could make it out. Then I called King - the lady on the phone was incredibly helpful and kind. She worked to find someone that could come out that evening even though it was 4:30pm already. The electrician that came out was courteous, fast, and did a great job. He was very personable and we even talked about our kids and tricks for surviving the first few weeks. Any how, I highly recommend their device.
