 + -1 moreHis name is Kent Smith. He is one of my neighbors. We had to wait for him but he did an excellent job. He built a lot of houses in our neighborhood and they are $200,000-300,000 homes. He does a lot of plumbing. I was really pleased with the porch. I was impressed with his quality. We were a little undecided about the porch and he made some suggestions. It looks really good. He suggested using 6x6 posts when we were thinking 4x4. He also suggested rough cut cedar and it really looks nice. He also wrapped the 2x12 for the roof in cedar. He subcontracted somebody to do the soffit and they enclosed the underneath. It was really a quality job. He was available when we called him. We were not on a deadline. We would use him again.
