It went really well. It looks beautiful. They are good and reliable. They did a good job.

I wouldn't use them again in the future.

Solid Surface Designs was subcontracted by Home Depot to perform this
work. I was initially pleased with all preliminary aspects of the job,
particularly the professionalism of their sales and planning staff. The
installers were also polite, prompt, and responsive. However, there
was an imperfection that the installers were not able to correct.
Keith, the follow up agent, called two days later. He agreed that the
installation was unacceptable and should be corrected. He promised that
the installation manager would soon be contact us to arrange
correction, but nothing ever happened. Since we needed the kitchen, we
decided not to pursue it.

It was one of the worst seam jobs, I have seen in my life. The price was reasonable. I went with the good solid carpet that had some nap, just so I could avoid the seam and even covered all of this with them before they laid it. When the actual installers came and before they laid the carpet, I discussed the seam with them. The guy told me that he is the best there is and I will not see it. I just see from the hallway into the bedroom and I could see it on my phone camera, that's how bad it is. It is still ongoing. They were on time. The guy who came out was very professional and he did some things afterwards. As a last resort, they have asked me to give it a few more months to relax.

It was a fair price for the work. They did a good job with the granite. It is beautiful. We didn't have any problems with it at all. They did a great job. They came when they were supposed to.

They usually have everything we want and we will continue to use them.
