Piano Tuning
This was the first time Darrell tuned our piano. He was highly recommended by our former tuner, who no longer does tuning in our immediate area. We were able to schedule him within a week or ten days of my call, which I thought was a reasonable wait. He arrived within the half-hour window of time we had discussed, offered a professional hello, and offered his business card as well, which shares information about who he tunes for (UA, Walton Arts Center). He is experienced and professional....careful about removing and replacing the parts. The piano was quickly tuned, with an explanation of what was out-of-tune. We look forward to having him come next year for the annual tuning!
