When my old, notoriously troublesome Dell Optiplex GX-270 computer developed baffling problems in booting up that could not be immediately solved by the skilled, conscientious GCM technicians (who sincerely apologized to me for the delay), the owner of GCM, Gary McClendon, then took complete responsibility for my old machine, and he had it in fully functioning condition within a day, charging me a very reasonable rate for what amounted to a complete restoration of my computer. He took me into the repair area itself and patiently explained what he had had to do to repair it. It has functioned outstandingly well ever since. In fact, it is probably functioning exactly as it did when brand new.
