To clarify, we did correctly install the flooring you chose to purchase in your home. We corrected the issues in the subflooring we identified during our initial visit. We also reviewed the flooring you choose before installing along with offering you the option to have the trim redone in order to meet your expectations or a discount for the labor, which is what you chose. Moving forward, based on discussion, we already have changed our sales training program to use more actual sample materials while in our customer presentations and not just photos.
