They were able to tow me and get my vehicle into the shop. They worked with me on the prices and options they had available. I knew the engine replacement was going to be expensive so my frustration with that is more around the Ford that I had to get fixed than the folks who fixed it.
They were always courteous over the phone and also very accommodating ( I took me a while to weigh my optons )
After the engine was installed there was a slight problem with the ignition system that they fixed under the engine warranty very quickly.
I would recommend them to anyone for vehicle service or repair
