ECO-FRIENDLY CLEANING

After we took a tour of the house and I described what I needed help with, Eco-Friendly was on the job. We never had to go revisit a job that wasn't done or expectations. Even a year later, Flora knows exactly what to do and the quality hasn't fallen off a bit. She even suggested that we think of special projects and having my fridge cleaned out was a fantastic luxury! We are grateful for her care and highly recommend her to anyone.
Her hourly rate is really reasonable and it's good to know that she's paying taxes and her business is run properly. It cost approximately $150 each time she came and it was a great value. I have three dogs, a cat, and a bird and we would be living in fluff if it weren't for Flora!

Both ladies who came were very nice. I asked for a thorough clean with a view to engaging a weekly service going forward. They said it would take longer than they had first estimated, and I expected the quoted price to go up in line with that. I told them I would rather they took the time they needed and do a thorough job. I had to go out before they finished. When I got back, much of my furniture was out of place (I'm pregnant, and don't relish the thought of heaving furniture around), there were still dirty dishes in the bowl, and dust bunnies in my daughter's room. And a bill for $122.91... far higher than the $70 originally quoted. I would not have minded paying more if they had finished the job.

Called and talked to her on a Thursday and scheduled her to come out on the following Monday. Showed up on time. Did a great job. Would highly recommend. Plan on using them on a regular basis.

I also appreciate the use of Eco-friendly cleaning products (began this practice long before it became a popular practice). Fast, efficient, thorough, and always responsive to special requests when needed. This service is completely trustworthy and professional. I also appreciate the communication with this service and the fact that they promptly call if we need to make a time or day change in service and I can contact them for extra help and be assured of a positive response!
