It is very difficult to get in touch with him. If he doesn't call back you have no way of actually talking to anyone. I have also tried through their facebook page to get a response with no results. I would not recommend doing business with them. With the NWA deal piggy you are paying for the service up front and you may never hear from them again.

It was okay. We bought a coupon and it cost us more than what we thought. They kind of misled us as far as the house type. It was a one storey house and in the back, it was two-storey. They got all the windows done and we had to pay more money than we wanted to. We weren't very happy about that. It was kind of misleading to us. They didn't really explain it to her when she talked to them on the phone. The windows looked good. We bought the coupon in June and they didn't get here until late August. I would give them an F as far as their reliability. I think the coupon put us way down the list. We did just call them directly and said that we needed this done sooner. I wasn't really happy about the time. They were there on time. They didn't explain the things very well to us when we got the coupon. That was really the biggest thing. You're turned off by somebody that doesn't really explain everything to you totally.

Window Cleaning
We signed up to have 17 windows cleaned through a NWA deal piggy but they talked us into cleaning all windows (32) and another service within 12 months. I contacted them in August, 2015 to set up the next cleaning but had to do in through their online scheduling and could not get an appointment until October 7. October 14 would be the end of the 12 month period. I was contacted by Matthew (?) twice in October to schedule it and to confirm no one showed up. Many attempts have been made to contact him again but he will not return calls. I posted on his facebook page but still no reply.
In fairness - what the young man did as far as cleaning the windows in 2014 was good. He did miss one window but the others were done nicely.

Mr Chandler was very friendly and was very accomadating. He went over every charge with me gave me a discount, even threw in the sliding glass doors and front door at no charge.

WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD! Been alive for 75 years. OWNER is a Jerk and very young! We had to put up with the owner's drama between he and employee, unprofessionalism, and rude and argumentative manner. The owner would not come and take care of his own employee but insisted THE CUSTOMER call the police. The employee would not leave our home. Owner never showed up. Owner stated suspected employee of using Methamphetamine for 1 week prior to allowing him to come in to our home. . OWNER STATED HE WOULD SHOW UP, late Thursday, late Friday, and then on Monday....He DID NOT show up. He stopped communicating when he would show up to finish the job. OWNER INSISTED THAT CUSTOMER HAD TO INITIATE RESCEDULE. Rescheduled for the last time 2 MONTHS after the first appointment. OWNER DID NOT SHOW. OWNER WILL EITHER HAVE AN EXCUSE OR IT WILL BE CUSTOMER'S FAULT OF WHY HE CAN'T SHOW UP!!!! We chose to not reschedule again and lost our money, that's how bad we did not want to deal with him again!

We can't help but think to thank Janet from NWA Piggy as she has always been great with prompting us and others to reach out no matter the exp. Due to this proper advertising push we have submitted 139 new customer contacts to review us as well, as one or two poor client experiences does not suffice in relaying the reality of services ordered, or rendered. It was a pleasure meeting you :) We are very sorry the system for scheduling was to hard of a process. We have this system in place for clients to schedule their own services so as to keep from delaying the scheduling process due to the business not knowing anyones literal day to day openings. Unfortunately a technician was terminated at your home due to a previous high profile client complaining about his $550 service. Termination was absolutely warranted! Sadly this technician was unable to complete a few window tops on the outside of the home and a reschedule was required to remedy this situation. We find it very unfortunate that you rate the owner services unsatisfactory due to a non confirmed schedule day within the scheduling system provided. The service purchased from DBC was not just one simple deep cleaning. This service included 3 free spot cleanings. one free outside cleaning within 12 months and a 30% discount on full detail services for life. Again, we see this as very unfortunate that a few scheduling conflicts have caused you to cancel on such a valued and coveted service. We hope to be able to remedy this in the future as your contract is still valid.
