Responding to their response of my review.
I told them when I called that I was not sure if I had dog urine on my carpets.  When one of the carpets was pulled up to move, there was a dog urine stain.  Instead of telling me that they could not clean that and the carpet would have to be "dipped" for $200+, they went ahead and cleaned it but once the carpet got wet, the urine smelled like dead fish and was horrible. 
WHEN THE DOG URINE WAS FOUND, THE FAIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD HAVE BEEN TO TELL ME THEY WERE SORRY AND COULD NOT GET THE URINE OUT INSTEAD OF ATTEMPTING TO CLEAN AND CHARGE ME FOR THE SERVICE ANYWAY KNOWING THAT THEY COULD NOT GET IT CLEAN.
AND.................THEY NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY!

Dehart was able to remove orange soda stains from our son's carpeting.  Everything looks brand new again.

They were courteous, informative and very nice. The carpets looked fantastic when they were through.

Liz did an amazing job from our initial phone call to cleaning the carpets. When I first called we scheduled an appointment time that was good for the both of us for the price quote, she arrived on time to provide a professional estimate and we set a time to have the carpets cleaned. She worked around my schedule to get the job done. Liz and her crew arrived early and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and was gone in a timely manner. I will use Dehart's in the future.

Called to get an estimate, she came out looked at some areas with the "RED Coolaid" stain and said she could help.
They came out and cleaned all the carpets in the house and got 98% of the red out! Very Happy Camper.

I called for a last minute appointment which they were able to accommodate. They arrived assessed the home and began their work. They were efficient and effective working quickly and thoroughly. It was a great experience with better than expected results.

Person who gave estimate was not present when work was done. So I am not
clear if quality was high. But was concerned when after couch was
cleaned the two cleaners assembled the wet pieces and didn't leave them
out to dry. Just common sense tells you that reassembling the couch wet
would promote mold. The carpets looked good and didn't have an odor
afterward. I asked them to use a mild solution with the least amount of
chemicals.

I have had carpets cleaned many times over the years. Never really had a bad experience, some better than others. I called Dehart Carpet Cleaning based on the reviews here. Liz was able to come over the same day I called to give an estimate. We scheduled for next week. She arrived on time as well as her crew. She supervised the crew and explained the process and cleaning solutions used. Many times in the past I received a phone quote based on my estimate of rooms/square footage, etc. In most cases the service provided had a canned up sell pitch for conditioner, ordor eliminator or some other addition to the original estimate. Liz's quote was all inclusive, so no games played with the quote.
Very professional crew and equipment, could not be more satisfied.

I had read about Dehart Carpet Cleaning via Angie's list since we are new in town.  We have learned not to always trust local advice on services without also verifying credentials. The reviews on Dehart's team were exactly what we received- excellent service.

The carpet stretcher came out first, early in the morning, and within a couple of hours, all our carpets had been re-stretched and looked much better already (I think he charged about $375).     Then Dehart arrived, and I have to say they did a fantastic job.   True enough, they had tricks up their sleeves to remove many different kinds of stains.   We had rust stains from metal furniture legs that had been there for years....all came out.    We had a game room over the garage with a large area of carpet that had been terribly water-stained nine years ago.   I had no hope for it, but it came clean as well.    All our carpets look great.   They cleaned our couch and love seat as well, and cleaned our bathroom tile, removing stains in the tile and the grout.   Our house is large, so considering all the work they did, I feel it was a fair price.   We will definitely be using Dehart again.

My wife and I are preparing our house for sale and were planning to buy new carpets due to a lot of stains that built up over the past few years.  I've always been skeptical of carpet cleaners but we thought it would be worth a try.    I called and scheduled an estimate for 9:00am on Thursday with Liz.  She was ready to come over the same afternoon  I called but I wasn't able to meet her at the house.  She showed up right on time, and was very friendly and professional.  The price estimate was very affordable.  I asked Liz when I could schedule them to come out and she said they could be out at 9:00 the next morning.   Her team showed up on time (if not a few minutes early) and were also very friendly and professional.  The process took about an hour, and when they were done I was pretty amazed at how good the carpet looked.  The carpet basically looks and feels brand new now, so we no longer need to buy new carpet.  Totally worth the investment.   I will do business with them again, and will probably start doing this once or twice a year in our new house now that I have seen the difference it makes.

Liz arrived early, as her previous job took less time than first thought. She and her partner were fast, thorough, and cheerfull the whole time they worked. They got more out of the carpet than I thought they could, and charged us less than I thought they would.

We called Liz to do a moveout clean up on carpet that had lots of everyday usage stains from kids, dogs, cats, you name it!  We were on a VERY tight timetable as we needed to be out within a few days unexpectedly.  Liz was absolutely fabulous!  She completed the full job in one morning (it was large house) and it was like it was a new house!  I can't tell you how great it was to have that part of the move off my mind!
