Two bassett hounds were pets of previous owners. The carpet had a definiite dog odor. It was completely elimitated by the cleaning. Coun't possible ask for any better service.

Called for appointment for carpet cleaning and they were able to schedule the service for the same week. They showed up on time, moved furniture to clean underneath, moved the furniture back in place (on Styrofoam blocks), treated various stains and were able to remove all of them. The carpet looks amazing! They did such a great job and were so nice. They work fast too...in and out in about 2 hours and completed the entire house (plus stairs).

That was an existing carpet. I had just moved into the house and there were some stains. They did not get everything out, but they did a reasonable job.

The service performed was as agreed. I took the item to them, they carefully cleaned and dried it and returned it neatly rolled and wrapped. I am very pleased and will definitely use this service again.

I have used Dehart many times to clean my rentals. They do a much better job than other capet cleaners I have used in the past and so now I use them exculively. This service was for my personal residence and they did a good job. I was a bit disappointed in one spot but overall they are better than most.

The experience was great, we had a quick turn around to get an estimate and quick turn around to get it cleaned. Very reasonably priced and they were very friendly. Overall great experience.
