They didn't charge me down for my neighbor. It took them two or three days to find the part because my neighbor's unit was so old. They just put it in for free. They never charged me for the part. The overall experience was excellent. They took my neighbor's situation, consideration and helped him out. Their price was reasonable. Our units are still working.
