In the past 40 years we have bought 14 homes. David is the most professional inspector we have dealt with. He was very thorough and spent time with us explaining the issues he had found. He provided us with a very detailed written report in a prompt manner. He took approximately 4 hours to do the inspection. We would highly recommend him.

It was structured really well and easy to communicate with the seller using the report. I used David 12 years ago for our first home and again for our new home. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Very well! Excellent, family-owned and operated company based out of Fayetteville. They do frequent work all over Northwest Arkansas. Got their number, among others from our realtor. After checking out all websites and calling to confirm prices, David (owner) had the best phone manner, best website, best price, best reviews elsewhere online, and most able to work with our schedule. Said that inspections typically take 3 hours to perform and they prefer the buyers to be there for about the last 30 minutes so that the inspectors can walk you through the home and go over anything necessary. I showed up a few minutes early and got a wonderful, detail-oriented tour of the new construction. I was really blown away by the level of detail they went into during the inspection. They're definitely using a fine-toothed comb to go through their work. Details that impressed me were the cracks in the mortaring between bricks on the outside of the house, a tiny crack in the mortar around the tub, and the grade of the ground in front of one of the windows sloping towards the house instead of away from the house (to prevent water standing against the house). The two inspectors were happy to stay and answer all the questions I had about the house and property. A very detailed report was created for the house and delivered ahead of schedule. It was very easy to read and digest anything that the inspectors deemed needing fixing. The builder did fix everything provided by the inspectors. 10 out of 10 - Highly recommended and would use again.

He seemed fairly thorough. He was on time and professional and the price was comparable to everyone else. I had no problems with it.

He was great. One of the things he recommended was that they repair or replace the heating coil because it wasn't quite within tolerance in terms of actually warming up the house or the air conditioning cooling it down. Then he, aside from identifying any current problems, also identified potential problems, things that aren't problematic now, but will probably need to be addressed within a year. He gives you a list of things that you're going to want to take care of within the next five years or so. He's thorough and provides a good list of recommendations. He's great and if I buy another home in this area I'm going to hire him to inspect it. My house is 35-40 years old and the windows are not efficient at all. He'd mentioned recommendations if I had a window to replace and it stuck in my head. A year later when I started to replace the windows I called him back, out of the blue, to ask who he endorsed or to give an example of the pricing and he looked up the file on the inspection he'd done for me so he could speak intelligently. Then he called me back and spent half an hour on the phone with me letting me bounce stuff off of him. That's not within billing hours or anything, he just did it to help me.

I had a great experience with him. He was very thorough with his inspection. I felt very confident that he found everything. If there was anything that I wanted him to put in the inspection report he did so.
