I sent my computer to Geek Squad initially and they sent my computer back after having it for a month. They claimed they could not repair the computer because the part required was unavailable. I gave the computer to Adrian at Computer Aid and he had it repaired very quickly. I was very impressed with knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend Adrian to anyone.

He seemed to be reliable. He called me when it was ready and told me what he had done. The price was reasonable.

On every occasion that I have used Adrian the service has been prompt and professional. After he resolves the problem that he thoroughly and meticulously scours my computers to ensure there's nothing else that needs to be addressed. His work is fast and complete. He conducts himself in a very professional manner and his prices are reasonable. I would recommend this computer service to anyone.

His prices are affordable; he is trustworthy, always on time, and always thorough. When he knows there is a problem, he won’t quite until he finds the source and resolves the problem. He will tell you how it is, good or bad, whether it’s a quick fix or a – god forbid- motherboard problem!
