They pressure washed the siding with a mildew remover, hand-brushed some areas that were discolored from mildew, and reapplied a quality oil-based sealant.  They made sure not to get stain/sealant on the large amount of field-stone walkways and patio around our home, and not a single window had sealant splashed on it. 
Overall, Ever Flores and his assistant did an excellent job on our home.  It looks fantastic, and we're extremely satisfied with the work.

The estimator was very polite and professional.  He showed me various products and gave me an estimate.  The work was done promptly and done well.  He even helped me pick a color when I couldn't decide and it is perfect to complement my home!  This year, I finished a section of fence I had decided not to do last year (poor choice on my part!) and had my deck cleaned. Once again, Alex came out and gave me an estimate that was right on target for what I expected.  Because of plans I had, they worked quickly to get me done, in spite of weather issues.  The gentlemen that did the work kept my updated on when each item would be done---no small feat with our weather lately!  He was very professional and polite and did a wonderful job!  I will definitely use them again!
