My husband and I had decided to relocate so he could go to school. I called Stephanie Vaughn and from start to finish she was honest, and gave me advice on not only pricing but changes that would help the home sell, for the lest amount of investment. She held several open houses, including a catered broker open house. I believe she provided excellent service, and was always available to me when I had questions. She also made herself available to show us other homes in this area, that would be competitive with ours, so that we could make an honest assessment of our pricing. Stephanie also provided realtors in the area we were planning on moving to. Unfortunately, the market fell, and we made the decision not to move. I would definitely use Stephanie again in the future.
