+ -1 moreBronson has handled four real estate closings for me. They do not charge a bunch of bogus fees, like a Fedex charge to file a deed at the county courthouse like other companies have charged me. The fees they do charge are fair and they have always gone out of their way to accommodate everyone's schedule.
Description of Work: Real Estate closing and title service on the closing of my townhouse purchase in 2010. They have previously handled another real estate closing and two refinances on other properties.
