The price was reasonable. The vet is very calm and unflustered and confident. I have two cats and they tend to freak out whenever I take them out of the house because they are house cats and I got them very young. When he is in the room with them they calm down a fair amount. Especially I have one that freaks out with people in general she's just a scaredy cat. She's not really of the whole situation but she's not a terror, neither of them get defensive and start scratching. He's just very calm, professional, confident and takes things on accordingly. I am usually taking the cats back into the room within five minutes of the appointment time and then there maybe another five minutes max waiting time.

I have used Bratton for a very long time and he is excellent. They have excellent service and are very trustworthy. That is what I needed and that is not every single time I go, I have 3 animals and all of them are cute. They are good on the price.

Great attention to care taking, not just a place and a daily walk. They take great care!

Ailing elderly cat needed to see the doctor. He was listless. Dr. Bratton was caring and checked him over and took some blood work. He specifically told me he was choosing a blood test that should reveal what was ailing him. The blood test was quite a bit less expensive with Dr. Bratton than at other vets I had used in the past. He was quick to provide my animal with relief that made him feel much better. When the test results came in, Dr. Bratton called me personally to go over them. I enjoy that special connection to physicians that truly care about their patients! We have found our vet for good now!

My experience has been excellent. They were recommended to me by my mom and she takes all of her animals there. She had to have an animal put down and he had cared for it for a long time and that stood out to me on how considerate and caring he was.
