• Originally from St. Louis, we've been visiting our grandkids in Fayetteville for a long time before recently moving here. Owning a late-model 2002 Volvo, we've had occasional problems that other repair shops failed to properly diagnose ... until we discovered the professionals at AutoHouse.

Each time, owner Jim Sprandel made sure it was safe for us to be on the road again: faulty door-locks, electrical & fuse problems, leaky hoses, etc .... several repairs he performed right on-the-spot in the parking lot just as soon as we arrived, at an unbelievably low price.

Most recently we had a power steering pump replaced by another shop in St. Louis just before we moved. Immediately It started leaking again in Fayetteville. In minutes, Jim removed the hose assembly and diagnosed the problem, he even called the other repair shop in St. Louis to inquire about their service warranty. He performed a temporary fix that outlasted the original repair but eventually he did replace the pump for us (which the other shop failed to warranty).
