I liked all of the comments that they had on Angie's List. I gave them a call and they were willing to work with my schedule. It only took an hour and a half to do the job. It was good a experience.

We were satisfied.

Saguaro called the morning of our originally scheduled appointment and canceled, which was a problem because it's difficult to be available to meet repairman. On the rescheduled date, Jeff arrived and diagnosed the problem in about 30 minutes: the light fixture was bad and needed to be replaced. He gave an estimate of $463.14. I questioned why the cost was so high and how much was labor vs. material. He conceded that the new light fixture itself would cost about $60 but that the $463 was a "fixed price" for that type of job. I was flabbergasted but reluctantly approved the cost only because I needed the job done soon and Saguaro had already canceled our first appointment. After lunch another fellow from Saguaro arrived with the light fixture and replaced it in about 15 minutes. Even including the time for picking up a new light fixture, I don't see how that price can be justified. I realize that hiring an electrician is expensive, but I honestly can't help feeling I've been overcharged after reading reports here with costs for other jobs and other electricians. I will be notifying our Home Owner's Association so that my neighbors are warned.

We had several lighting problems in our kitchen. The can lights, one caf lamp, and several under-counter fluorescent fixtures were all out of order, and our kitchen was pretty dark! Jeff and his associate quickly and professionally diagnosed and repaired the problems. Will use them again.

The only reason I gave them a B is because they forgot to mark my breaker box, besides that, I was a great overall experience. I would use them again and i definitely recommend them to others.

When Tico came out to prepare the quote, he was several hours late. However, once he got there, he was extremely professional and thorough. The existing wiring was not up to code, and he called his boss to come out and consult on the quote right then. Because of this, we decided to hire them. It took about twice the time they thought it would take, but they had to go buy some extra parts once they got into it. Also, we found out that by "first thing in the morning", they meant about 10am. But, all-in-all, they were honest, and did a wonderful job. The only thing we found wrong after the fact is that they ran some wiring up along the garage ceiling, near the garage door. After they left, my husband tried to close the garage door, and found the wiring was looped around something, preventing the garage door from closing. All my husband did was unloop this wire, and loop it over the rafters. He didn't have to disassemble anything. It wasn't "wrong", it was just caught.
