About us

I come to you. I have been doing this professionally since 2004 and will provide you with the best service possible. I don’t have, nor do I want a store front. I own a store once before and decided that the overhead costs drive up the price to you the consumer, so by not having a storefront, I can charge less and pass the savings on to you. I will do good service, and stand behind my work. If you are not satisfied with my services then I will do everything within reason to make you happy. I am not going to lie and say I am the best and nobody can compete with me. BUT I will say that I am, to the best of my knowledge, one of the top 5 installers in Northwest Arkansas. Just ask any shop.

Mr. Norton arrived early that morning, at my home, and began the install. Once he began the install and assessed the time involved he canceled his appointment for the afternoon. He did not change his price even though the install would take twice as long as he quoted. Since he came to my home the fact that it would take longer was of no concern. I worked from the comfort of my home office while he worked outside.

Once he began unpacking his tools I understood the amount of work involved in such an install. I connected his laptop to my Wi-Fi so he could program the bypass module and provided him an electrical outlet for his equipment. That was the extent of my involvement with the install. He managed the rest. I watched him work from time to time to see what was involved. When he took over an hour to unpack and prepare the contents of the alarm/remote start I knew I had made the right choice to not do this myself. There appeared to be over 30 wires that needed to be connected. Mr. Norton assured me that not all wires would be used, but still, it was overwhelming. He was calm, cool, and collected the entire time.

Mr. Norton soldered all connections in the car. He could have easily used splices and taps to make the connections and most people would be none the wiser. By soldering the connections he assured continuity for the system and eliminated the possibility of the system disconnecting from one of the many connections that needed to be made. He took the time to show me how to use the system and answer any questions I may have. He informed me of some common issues that may occur with installing an alarm/remote start and if I experience any symptoms let him know.

That evening I did experience an issue with the alarm going off without being triggered. I contacted Mr. Norton, via text message, about the issue and he promptly responded he would be back the next day to correct the problem. The very next day he arrived early and diagnosed the issued and corrected the problem, free of charge. The system has not failed or experienced a false trigger since.

Mr. Norton also warranties his work. As long as I own the car, if I have a problem, I can contact him and he will fix the problem. If the problem is with his install he will cover the cost of repair. Since I provided the system for install he will not warranty the parts. I completely understand this business tactic and in hindsight I wish I would have purchased the kit from him as well.

If I had to say one thing bad about the experience it would be that he is a perfectionist. He took his time and did the install correctly. This is good for me as the client and bad for him as the service provider. If he didn't take so much time he could do more installs in the same time. Good thing for me, the client, he took his time.

I will use him for future projects without fail. I understand quality when I see and I honestly feel like for the quality of work and the time involved, Mr. Norton is a steal of a deal.
