I highly recommend Matt with Ozark Appraisal Services in Fayetteville Arkansas. First, Matt was the only appraiser out of several to contact me after I sent a request in through Angi's website. We spoke on the phone and set a date and time for Matt to appraise my home in Bella Vista. Matt first told me what steps he was going to take in order to get a fair appraisal of my home and then asked me if I had any questions. I did have a few and Matt answered them all very patiently. He methodically started the appraisal and inspected inside my home and outside as well. Once he had finished he told me that he would have a report to me on a certain date and he kept his word, I received my report on that date. The report was very detailed and informative and Matt even answered all my questions I had once I viewed the report. I highly recommend Matt with Ozark Appraisal services in Fayetteville. You will not regret it I assure you. Matt is very professional, informative, and friendly.
