Lawnco

I last saw Forrest 2 months ago. He said he would be back in two weeks with the sod needed to finish the job. Despite emailing him repeatedly I have not heard from him. He has changed his phone number so I can not call him. Most of the work he did do was well done but he also made a lot of promises he did not keep. He said I would not have weeds in my front garden. I do. He said the bulbs he had his kid plant would look nice. He seems to have forgot to tell his kid that tall plants go in the back and short ones go in the front. He said that I just needed to pay for the materials up front and the rest would be due when the project was finished. He said the price we agreed to on the contract would be the price. He pressured me for money part way through the project and then he pressured me for more money then we had agreed to when I last saw him. I made the mistake of paying him for the work he had done plus a bit extra since the sod was delayed. Because I wanted to make sure he came back and I wanted to make sure our yard drained as promised I told him there would be more extra after he finished. Apparently that was not incentive enough for him to finish the job.

I contacted several companies to do my project and Lawnco was the only company to show up on time and he provided quality work. Forrest was very knowledgeable about the project and options. I had some tough areas to manage and he had several solutions for my needs to choose from. He laid out a plan and executed it professionally and timely. I will be calling Forrest again with any of my lawn projects that I need help with.
