Plumbing
The plumber was able to come that afternoon and he drained the water heater and gave me options as to price and quality of replacement equipment and was able to get the replacement heater and installed it that day. Also, threw in replacing the flapper on a leaking toilet for no extra charge.

Drain Cleaning
It was an excellent experience. This is our second time with him--the first involved a leaky faucet outside our house. He fixed that after explaining the problem.

Drain Cleaning
Darin came and snaked out the drain. It did not solve the problem. He came back out, removed the toilet and discovered the wax ring was halfway in the pipe. He replaced the ring with no extra charge for the 2nd trip.
