Was quick and did a good job

He was very professional and thoroughly evaluated the situation. He gave me several options on how to go about fixing the issue and luckily the first option worked great. He was very reasonable and even worked to fit me in before the weekend. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use him again for future needs!!

Randy evaluated the washing machine problem and provided information to my husband.  The drain pump assembly needed to be replaced.  We were very pleased with the prompt turn-around.  Within a three or four hours the machine was repaired.  Randy is a very likeable fellow!  I would recommend him to my family/friends.  Five Stars!

They were awesome.  They were good.  I thought the price was really reasonable.  I had to go to Lowes as I did the leg work and I got the disposal but he did the installation.  He did the labor and I did the purchasing.  He was very thorough and very specific as to what they were going to do.  They responded as promised.  They were top notch and I mean they knew what they were doing and they had been in business for a long time.  I had a really good experience.  I watched him and probably could do the next disposure myself but probably I will call them back if I need one.  They were helpful.  They did an excellent job.

Randy Howard of AAA Appliances came out and repaired our GE Profile refrigerator. He was prompt, courteous, nice, and smart. The control board had gone out, so he had to order a new one and install it. The fridge worked fine after that. Would highly recommend.

We called AAA Appliance from references here on Angie's List only to be very disappointed on this company's lack of business ethics. Randy Howard responded promptly the day we called but then trouble started..... After promising a 2-3 day repair, he quit answering his phone or returning messages. It took 14 days, very nearly imperiling a contracted home sale (legal document). He was hostile, 'non-responsive' vendor with a yellow page ad, an answering service , pickup truck and cell phone who claims to be in business. Once he took the part out of our oven, he would not return our calls or answer his cell phone. Finally having our realtor get involved, and after we lined up another company to do the work, Randy finally put in the part and completed the repair 14 days later. We do not feel this is good business.

The excuses we heard later were that the part he sent off was lost, then it was held up in shipping and then he had the gall to charge us for shipping the part to be repaired both ways, when I know for a Fact that the company who does the part repairs includes return shipping in their cost. Yes, Randy was shocked that I knew this information. (Just because I don't live there doesn't mean I can't research repair places on the internet and had talked with them about fixing and returning my part before even contacting Randy.)

Randy has years of experience, but does not know how to run a business. Also the ad in the phone book and here on Angie's List shows him on Block St/Ave. but he is really operating out of his garage in Farmington.

The reason he was given a B rating for Quality is that the oven worked when he was finished, but parts were left all over the kitchen while waiting for the part.
The reason he was rated C for Price (he overcharged for return shipping of part as return shipping was included in the repair price of part and for 3 trips to the home which he didn't have to do, if he had called us from the home when he was there the first time like he said he would), We were quoted $165 for trips and $138 for part repair = $303, but we were charged more.
The only reason we rated C for Responsiveness and Punctually is because he did respond the very first day, but after that he deserves an F.

Very well - prompt response to my phone call, was on time and quickly fixed the problem.

He had to pull out the range to fix the dishwater hose. There was water on the floor and overall things got messy as he was pulling out large appliances with leaking water. He was very professional...didn't seem fazed by the messiness. He worked quickly and was worth every penny.

It was great!!
