+ -1 moreTERRIBLE!!! He started 2 weeks later than he said he would. He was always late in the mornings and left early. Some days he didn't show up at all. He made a big mess - there were nails and shingles all over the yard and deck. He had a huge scaffolding in the front yard making it impossible to mow. After FIVE weeks, he had only done about 20% of the work. So we told him we'd had enough and to leave. We had paid him for most of the contract but didn't get any money back. And he didn't do a very good job. We then hired another contractor who did the rest of the job in 3 days!
Description of Work: Not much. Was hired to do replace the roof.
