W I BELL PHOTOGRAPHER

I received a call last July and was pushed to make an appointment for my son's Senior picture with no care or regard for my schedule. When I took my son to the appointment the receptionist acted rather rudely toward everyone in the lobby. Around a month later someone called and talked to my husband and told him when we could come review the pictures. Again, there was no consideration for our time and schedule. The appointment was not at a convenient time so we didn't make it. After 3 months we hadn't heard from them so I called on November 21, 2013 and made an appointment to review the pictures. I was given an appointment for the next day at 10:30 am. When I arrived promptly at 10:30 on November 22nd I was greeted with a note on the door saying "Back at 1:00." I will be returning at 1:00 pm today to ask for my money back due to inadequate customer service and because of delayed delivery of a paid service.
