came on time for estimate and handled professionally; estimate was half of another company underestimated time to get back to do the job; called him several times to check on date/time to do job as tree was leaning and I was fearful it would fall on house (he was busy in storm damaged area close by) had asked him to arrive when I was home so could close dogs in house; came when I was not home (dogs ok, though); he worked me in between other jobs since I was so worried about the tree falling on my house
