From the initial discussions to the finished product, Southern Builders was a pleasure to work with. They stayed in contact on any scheduling changes which was very beneficial to me as the location was not my primary residence. The quote process was smooth and prices beat all other quotes received. Normally, I am skeptic about low bid but the reviews I had found for this company made me decide to give them a try. I was not disappointed in this company. Their staff was on time, trained, and did an outstanding job. The clean up when finished looked as if they had never been there. I had an excellent job performed and highly recommend this company.

They were very good, it took them two days to put a new perma roof me. They put about 3 inches of foam insulation on the roof and then put the metal roof on top of that. It is an energy-star rated roof. The roof is hail resistant and they gave me a UL Class 4 form for my insurance company.
