Richard Pennington, the owner, gave me an appointment within 48 hours of my call. When he saw he was going to be delayed by 30 minutes, he called to reschedule. This shows professionalism. He prices were about 30% less than the major competition. The spraying took 45 minutes and we needed to vacate the house for two hours, just enough time to get a meal.
