 + -1 moreWall repairs were excellent. However, she flaked out when we were ready for her to redo our shower. Would not return calls. Cost us twice as much as we had to have it done by a certain date. Would not ever even consider using her again.
Description of Work: Had to have walls repaired due to water leaks. We provided materials.

 + -1 moreCame to give estimate and was prepared to do work at that time. Returned to do finishing and I was unable to detect where repairs were made except for slight difference in primer and paint on the walls.She charged labor only and we supplied needed materials.I also had her do a couple of repairs to my floors. She worked me into her schedule. Made and stained a threshold and devised a solution to an over cut carpet, when tile was laid, that left an unsightly gape. Very creative!Have asked her to replace floor tiles and re-grout shower. Update 8/27/2012-I was very pleased with her work on the minor repairs she did earlier, but now she has flaked out on me. After agreeing to redo our MB shower she is not responding to emails or calls. We did the tear out down to the studs to save money and she was to install hardi backer and new walls and floor. VERY disappointed and would not want anyone else to have to deal with such a situation.
Description of Work: Had a water leak in the wall of master bath. Four entries for repairs by plumbers that had to have drywall replaced.
