Angel Hernandez and his crew were in the neighborhood completing another job job. In need of some work to address a couple of leaks that developed during the last winter rains, I spoke to the neighbor to assess his satisfaction with the job. He seemed very impressed not only with the quality of the job but the professionlism of Angel and his crew. Based on the recommendation, I called and asked Angel for an estimate. He returned my call about 10 minutes later and arrived at my home approximately two hours after that. His estimate was resonable and he told me that with his crew finishing the job up the street, he could start my job the following day at 0700 if I desired. Well . . . . Angel's crew was tap dancing on my roof at 0700 the following day! The eight-man crew worked nearly non-stop and had all the tiles removed and stacked and the old paper and what little flashing was present removed by noon. By the end of Day 1 one complete side of the roof had been repapered, retiled and reflashed. The rest of the house was completed by the end of Day 2. With paint I supplied, Angel's crew also painted the facia at no charge! The crew was professional and punctual and they left the job site clean and neat at the end of each day. This is a family owned business and Angel takes great pride in ensuring things are done only one way -- his way, the right way! And to make sure the job is done right, Angel, himself, was up on the roof taking care of business.
