Home Building, Gutter Repair and Replacement
Trouble from the start! Once the price was agreed upon I had to call several times to ask when
they intended to start the job. After several calls to them they finally started the job. They would
work one day, say they'd be back the next but fail to show up. We did have several days of bad
weather when they couldn't work but on the good days they were nowhere to be seen either!
Finally, after a month, the gutters were up with the exception of one downspout that wasn't
connected to a flex pipe in the ground. Mr. Birdsong asked for a "draw" which I gave him. Big
mistake! That was the last I saw of him. After a few days I finally reached him on the phone and
demanded he return and finish the job. He said he'd be there the next morning. Once again, he
never showed up. I called again but he wouldn't answer the phone or return my call. I had to buy
the dirt from someone else and do the work myself. I also had to throw myself on the mercy of
another gutter company to come attach the one remaining downspout to the flex pipe.
Do not, I repeat, do not hire this company! They are highly undependable, unethical and
unprofessional.
