The only missing piece was closing out the project with the same equipment that got me to start the project. A camera was used first to show me the condition of the duct system. I hired them based on those results. After cleaning of the duct system, the camera should have been used again to show the final results of cleaning the duct system. I know that they used the equipment to clean the duct system - I watched the process. But I donâ t know how well the duct system was cleaned."
