My mother is elderly and had been without air all night. I called Airtech first thing this morning and within an hour I had not only a tech out, but the owner himself. That says a lot about a company when the boss will get out and get his hands dirty with the rest of his team, and on super short notice at that. It was obvious that Nick had years of experience just by talking to him for a couple of minutes. He had the part on his truck, had the unit back up and running within 10 minutes and had very fair pricing, especially with how quickly he showed up. If I could give Airtech an extra star I would. They have my business from now on.
